MOVING PEOPLE

Moving people is all about telling the stories of key individuals and the changes that having an electric powered bicycle brings to their lives and careers. From the remote rivers of Pemberton to the urban landscapes of Vancouver, these are some of the most influential people in the West Coast of Canada and their stories will be inspirational in a world of new forms of transportation. Not just an eco-conscious effort, but an approach that opens new opportunities in their carriers and daily lives.

“Conservation for the heart. Adventure for the Soul. Modelling for a living.”

Founder of @cedar.coast a place for ecological research and education

Being the world's top male model sounds like a real breeze, but there's more to Simon's life than that. A man dedicated to the study of the environment of the Clayoquot Sound, Simon's little known side-gig revolves around Cedar Coast Field Station. An organization dedicated to preserving the ecological diversity of the ocean and shores around Tofino, Simon plays a large role in the monitoring and education side of the environment there. His work in remote river systems or rugged logging roads becomes the perfect canvas for a lightweight, electric powered tool of transportation.
